Restoration project

I finally managed to dismantle the garden bench after soaking the nuts and bolts in WD40 for a couple of days, cutting away the rotten planks and using two pairs of mole grips.  The nuts and bolts are now soaking in rust remover.   I shall cut the wood to size , drill it and paint it when I have a day free.  C. came round for coffee in the morning and we caught up with news.  This afternoon I have a meeting at the hospital and then a friend is coming around for tea.
