Coquerel's Sifaka

I am so fickle. This little fellow has became my favourite lemur. On the way to the rainforest to the north east of Tanna we went to a sort of small park area where they kept a lot of very beautiful chameleons, snakes, geckos and other critters in very large and well kept enclosures. It was fascinating watching the chameleons eat grasshoppers (their enclosures were full of them) and the geckos were really beautiful. Later we went for a walk in the forest behind where some brown lemur and these coquerel sifakas were used to human contact. We got really close and I think they were possibly for a short time as interested in us as we were in them.
