Green roof

A grey day but lots of brightness to be seen at Bridgemere, our local Garden Centre where I had a quick visit to this afternoon (and Hobbycraft!!).  I loved the new planting of the Green Roof which will come into its own when all the plants spread and bed in.

For the past two days Mr T has been doing a very good deed for his daughter in law (owner of the café) by doing some painting for her in her house.  She and her partner are working flat out in the café so many household jobs are having to be put on the back burner.  

In extra, Toby, G's very elderly Labrador  was really pleased to have Mr T for company.  I don't think Toby sees too well now but his hearing and sense of smell are still pretty acute, particularly when I came round and lunch was mentioned.
