Celandines

The peacock up at the manor has been very vocal lately, obviously inthe mood for pairing up with a peahen, so I took a walk to see if I might get a blip of him. As I couldn't see him I decided to go on a longer blip walk around some different lanes to normal. I ended up taking quite a few photos of these celandines that I pass when I go out in the car. I had to crouch down low on the side of a very busy road and I'm sure I had lots of weird looks from the car drivers. I don't think they're quite as nice as buttercups but they still look lovely in the morning sunshine.
