Waiting for a friend

Sometimes when I take a photograph, I do it surreptitiously. I set the camera on auto focus, make sure the flash is off, and hold the camera down by my side, usually at arms length, sometimes even at an angle, and then just push the shutter button.
I have managed just a few good shots over the years doing this.
For this one of a man waiting for a friend, or maybe his wife, outside the loos in The Bon Accord Centre, I wasn't even looking towards him, but I had my camera pointing towards him.
