Blossom Basket giveaway Ron and Debbie Bailey, owners of Blossom Basket Florist , are celebrating Good Neighbor Day on Wednesday by giving away 10,000 roses in bunches ... recipient is asked to sign a promise to keep one rose and give the others away to 11 people. Needless to say this event is very popular every year. I stopped by my friend Linda's office and dropped off rose # 1.
