Balancing birds

I feel there is a theme developing this week for my blips. A disappointing day as I drove over to Sedbergh for a U3A organised walk only to find out they had abandoned it due to the weather (incessant rain). Seems some U3A groups are hardier than others.

Tried to capture a shot of the woodpecker which is slowly destroying one of the feeders. It was obviously camera shy and failed to turn up. The goldfinches had ousted the siskin to get prime position on the nyger seed feeder.
