More competition for nyger seed.

Got up early and went off to Sizergh again on the trail of the hawfinch. This time it was a successful trip and we saw a number of hawfinch though only at distances unsuited to photographing them. But at least we saw them. 

Did some tidying in the garden accompanied by Henry the pheasant and the ever present robins. Popped in for a quick drink and saw what I thought were the siskins but on closer inspection I was excited to discover a pair of redpoll. Image not as clear as I would like as I didn't want to waste time erecting the tripod.
