Knapps

I'm working on my running. 9.5km today with a few off road bits. It was raining and very muddy so I had to pretty much strip off at the front door. I've decided if this is going to be the reality I need a second pair of trail shoes!

Busy day but I've got a million things done and the weather improved enough for a walk in Troon (extra) with mum and we drove back with the roof down. Fabulous!
