Officially Giving Up

Having spent the last 25 years trying to install a modicum of Southern Finesse into Carl, I have officially given up.
Yes I know it is partly my fault for running out of ham, and not accepting that he really doesn't like Shropshire Blue. However, when you have to sit and watch your supposedly better half eat a sausage roll sandwich made with lashings of ketchup, I think even the most stalwart among us would admit that that is probably Game Over and I would be better served turning my attentions to improving the cat!

btw, have been fartnarkling again. Extra is something I was playing around with. What do people think?
