Ohanami Party

The first cherry blossom viewing event of the season was a roaring success despite the lack of blossom. Friends host a party in a local park each year, selling beer and pulled pork sandwiches whilst playing party tunes. It's always well attended and the woofer likes to Hoover up  any dropped delicacies. He did particularly well today!

There were plenty of people enjoying picnics and bbq's this afternoon.  All we need now is some Sakura!

In other news I finally completed my online vegan cooking course and graduated with a 99% final grade. Happy it's finished and pleased to have established a few basic skills.  A big thank you to everyone who cheered me on along the way :)
