Final Winter Pilates Class

I taught our final winter Saturday class until the end of October when the docks come back out of the river. We are off to Florida very early tomorrow morning so alot to do today. Our fabulous group of rowers gave me a beautiful card and very generous gifts. I keep telling them i get more out of weekly sessions than they do, they are just such fun! I headed off directly to my full day of yoga teacher training while my sweetie picked up our 18 year old nephew at the airport as he was just eliminated from hockey playoffs. We adore him and he will housesit all week, his dad arrives on tuesday to play Toronto tourists!
