It Felt Like Sunday All Day
I didn't walk very far this morning; my back is still hurting and I didn't want to push it. But I got as far as the lighthouse, and this was my prize: a skyful of wonderful enormous bubbles, changing shape, dividing, floating out to sea, disappearing. Crazy dancing rainbow amoebas, mutating, bursting. "They bring joy to a lot of people," said the bubble man. Indeed. They filled my heart. I couldn't stop grinning. Had stars in my eyes. I was bubbling over.
