The Big Apple

Backblipped.

Sadly not New York, but an Apple Pie Restaurant near Colborne.

Today Yvonne took A, John and Me out for a drive. We took the scenic route from Oshawa to Colborne, through the countryside. It was such a beautiful drive with lots of stunning houses and quaint little villages along the way, it was nice to be able to see some Canadian countryside, as opposed to seeing towns and cities all the time. Sadly it poured all day, so much of what we seen was only from the car, we didn't get to stop off in Colborne to see the lighthouse. We stopped off here for some lunch (which of course was accompanied by Apple Pie! Surely it would have been rude not to...?), before heading back "'home" via Northumberland Mall, we didn't buy anything, however, we did see Christmas decorations in the Hallmark store... I mean come on! Seriously? In September? Much too early!

Tomorrow's going to be another relaxing day.
