Little Fisherboy ....

Today was an absolutely beautiful Spring day and we wanted to spend a little bit of time outside so we went up the Jacobsburg State Park ... again!

The parking lot was pretty full when we arrived (a lot more cars than usual) and R remembered that it was the second day of trout season!  There is a creek (the Bushkill Creek) that meanders through the park that is stocked with trout for opening day.

After checking on the frogs (only a few out still) and the bird blind (no activity there!) we walked down to the creek.  This young man was with his Dad but was more interested in playing in the water than fishing!  I hope supper wasn't on the line!
