Went the whole hog today - not only visited the farm shop - home to this rather fine specimen - but also to the supermarket

Feeling restless and boared as I've not walked this week - because of hip pain - managed a shortish walk this afternoon - without painkillers or hobbling - has sown the seeds for a longer one tomorrow
