Hello Duckies

Yay - walked today - only three miles - but no hip pain - along the canal to Saltaire - returning to Dowley Gap on the River Aire - these are the first ducklings I've seen this year

Was good to be able to say Hello Duckies to daughter and grandchildren today - had lunch with them - in our garden - prior to 8yo going to an old school friend's house for the afternoon - 7yo to L's birthday party - her best friend from the village - and daughter catching up with various folk - before driving back to York
