Chocolate Vine, Aquebia quinata

The flower centre somehow reminds me of a sea anemone. It also has a chocolate aroma, not that I'd notice with my cold!

As I drove down the lanes today I noticed with delight, the verges were full of various wild flowers. I only had my phone camera with me so I will have to photograph them properly another day. Instead today I'm blipping the chocolate vine for Flower Friday. It was brought to Britain in 1845 by Scotsman, Robert Fortune.

Philosophy Friday
This is one for me to think about when I'm awake at night!

Stop being afraid of what might go wrong, and start being excited about what could go right.
