YO-HO-HO....

It is not often I come across someone famous-but I can dream!
I was trying to capture two Oriental tourists who looking totally bemused, were trying to read the inscription on the plinth of a Tommy Cooper statue. They probably didn't have a clue who he was.
As I turned around I noticed this character. He uttered a few words when he saw the camera and walked passed.
