At home: Sam throwing dust

A last minute walk round the dusty tracks and fields. The children seem to have gone into loopy overdrive since their return to school. The obvious choice was to photograph another sunset, and I took plenty.

Sam, meanwhile was throwing handfuls of sand into the sky and my attention shifted. I love the shape as the sand shifts through the air. It's a shame I didn't catch his hand either. You can't always have everything you want x
