A grand day out

We went over to Hever Castle and gardens today and spent a glorious 3 hours, walking around, picnic-ing and generally having a lovely time.  Some additional photos on the extras.

Might have caught the sun, which is unexpected, as it was quite breezy and the sun was often hidden by the clouds.

Back to the house for a lovely leg of lamb and all of the trimmings, cooked by Faye.  Lamb in the slow cooker is a taste sensation.

Now all suitably knackered.  Tomorrow will hopefully bring fresh adventures.  I think I am also supposed to have a telephone appointment with my GP but I might be mistaken.
