House for sale

This house sits on the Roman wall at Banks near us. It's practically derelict and was for sale a few months ago for pence. It has amazing views over the North Pennines, but I suspect the buildings need levelling and building from scratch. Oh if I had the cash and the time it would be a great project.
Had an interesting study session this afternoon abut 'The Human Factor' based on aviation training to ensure high levels of safety, e.g, making sure the right person goes for the right operation etc. Didn't fall asleep once!  
One more sleep till Charlotte comes home. Mums also returns tomorrow afternoon from my aunts. She'll be full of news about how many shoes and handbags my aunt has bought!
