But, then again . . . . .

The Kelpies.

We had an interesting route to The Kelpies today led by El Presidente, she put in a lot of work (that included riding the route beforehand) into creating the route that used surprisingly few roads and happened to take us past Mr. Poodle's shop. Mr. Poodle is renowned throughout Scotland and, possibly, even further afield, amongst the quilting community (and their spouses) as he is an expert at repairing sewing machines and gives a lifetime's free after sales service. I consider that his name must be a great asset, as no customer will ever forget it.

Since it is Wide Angle Wednesday, I used the fish-eye lens and then discovered that the picture looked much better if I removed some of the distortion with the warp tool. The possible themes for the April challenge are: four of something, or  something beginning with either A or L (it's a long story) but I'll go with the Kelpies having four eyes between them, three of which are actually in view, though I also notice that there is a family of four at the top of the steps between the two beasts.

Thanks are due to Bob'sBlips for hosting the challenge.
