Beach Life

It's very satisfying when your children do something better than you. Today Alf comprehensively beat me at skimming stones and go karting. I was a little concerned about the karting as my Dad had his first heart attacks whilst karting at the age of 48. Anyway I survived, although Alf's best lap time was over 2 seconds faster than mine. I put it down to the extra weight I'm carrying ;)
