Sisters

My friend for over 60 years is Jenny on the right, with her older sister Elspeth. Jenny is down to the Borders visiting Elspeth, so I drove up to Cornhill to meet them for lunch at the Collingwood Arms. We had a good catch-up over lunch.

Lots of places have Collingwood pubs - Admiral Collingwood was Nelson's right hand man (maybe left hand man?) and he had a lot of land in these parts. There's a statue in Tynemouth also.

Now I must work out how to extricate myself from my Vodafone mobile contract as I can save £2.50 a month with BT.
