Button A

So another walk completed successfully avoiding the rain. At least the one where I took this photo was dry, later was a different story!

I've broadened my theme and renamed it as structures. It's difficult to imagine that relatively recently this was the cutting edge of communications. Before they were modernised there was button A and B to sort out and money had to be added at the correct stage, maybe it was after button B. I remember trying to phone home as a student and trying 10 of these before finding one that worked. Then, having walked significant distances, finding someone tapping on the glass demanding it should be vacated with speed as they didn't want to wait! The quote ... And you tell these kids today...... Pops to mind here ! Communication is certainly an achievement to be proud of although possibly those constantly in demand at work may see things differently.
