When they are yellower and even frozen and kissed by the light of a full moon I will pick them and make quince jelly and maybe use the bits that don't make it to the jar to make something stronger. People use slices of this in place of lemon in tea which is pretty good and has an aromatic note.

The most popular use is for 'nalewki' which contain a lot of alcohol but sometimes also taste nice.
