A year ago today I started my new job, running an engineering design company. The past year has been a very steep learning experience. Running a business, becoming a director, and expanding my knowledge and learning lots of new engineering skills. Every day has been a school day, and I have been permanently out of my comfort zone, but it's going well, and that's the main thing.

Today's blip is in homage to this time last year.
