The calm before the storm

I am sitting in an empty office. It's quiet, peaceful and completely devoid of idiots. I fear I have only another 20 minutes of this calmness before I am subjected to non-stop idiocy for the rest of the day.

I (along with 3 others) am to facilitate a workshop discussion on 'professionalism' today after the management finally started to notice that the vast majority of my colleagues are paid for very little output. I am to head a table of teachers and listen to them talk and complain for 2 hours whilst I take notes and bite my tongue. I am not looking forward to it.
