Out On a Limb

There were five squirrels on the Winged Elm at once this morning. These little guys put on quite a show! Surprisingly, considering that much of their dining takes place 20-30 ft up, in the three or four years that I've witnessed this Leaf-bud eating spectacle, I've only seen one squirrel actually fall. And thankfully, at least as far as the squirrel was concerned, it was not injured and scampered away!  Wishing you all a Great Weekend and a very Happy Earth Day Tomorrow! :)
