What a busy day!!!!

Oh dear today everything set off again! I was soooo busy!!!! 
I had an appointment for massage and was close to canceling it. In the end I went - which was a good decision given my back and neck are not at their best.
Paul was in a good mood as always and enjoyed hurting me!
He gave me a lift half way back home and I rushed back to my desk.
I think I only finished at 11 pm .....
