R has been baking.....

......again & today produced this grand loaf!! The egg in its egg cup is for size comparison. I made a feta, mint & pea quiche for supper. Trip to tip this morning, coffee with no 1son & his no 1 son (!) who had a 'delightful' paddy & then got very embarrassed about it all!
