A beautiful day

A lovely walk this morning and then some gardening followed by a walk up the canal and into town for Coffee Club.

It was Mark's birthday yesterday so we went round to number 113 for a Chinese Takeaway. Mark had a major Stroke January 2015. He is partially paralysed , cannot speak and struggles socially so we were home by 10.30 as we had worn him out.
