Woodman, spare that ... too late!

Lady Marian's had this old Laburnham marked for a while now. It's been flowering a bit less and it's been leaning a bit more as the years go by. 

Our neighbour's always looking for wood for his woodburner and he's trained in the art of chain sawing so she mentioned that she had some firewood for him. It was only when hecame round with his barrow that he found out he'd have to chop it down first!

Still he's a good sport and it didn't take long before it was down and bound for his wood store and I did give him a hand getting it there.
