There's twice cooked and triple cooked chips

And then there's these abominations, cooked once in oil at too low a temperature using the wrong type of potatoes and oil that was probably drained from the sump of a 50 year old Morris Minor that had never been serviced. Bad enough that anyone would serve these up and demand payment but when you consider that these are from the staff restaurant in a company that owns one of the biggest restaurant chains in the UK, well makes you wonder doesn't it? Limper than an old man after 2 pints of stout!
