The promised excitement

Today my kitchen island arrived. I now have heaps of bench, cupboard, and drawer space. One side has an overhanging bench top to create a breakfast bar. My cabinet maker fishing mate declared the red stools "just right".

This is indeed exciting in the world of hpx. All is right with the world (maybe not the external concrete block garage wall) except that I've spent so much time sorting the kitchen and garage that I haven't stretched. Running is hard enough on my body and age is unforgiving to bodies that don't stretch.

I reckon I can fit in a stretch and watching something online - so long as I don't do my usual and fall asleep half way through :-/
