Incongruity

I live right on the French border, but am having a French patisserie baking course in San Francisco. It was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday, with delicious results. Extra is of the chocolate filled ones! Interestingly 'European butter' was recommended due to the higher fat content.
Extremely time consuming, and I can buy good croissants within a few minutes walk of my house, but think I may well give it a go.
