Cat on the Tiles

Thanks so much for all your responses to yesterday's questions about what Blip is... even more complex than I'd imagined - what a precious place this is, long may it last...

Got in after 2am from the fair last night - have put an extra of the fado singer, Ana Moura, who with her band, were amazing, but heck, was it cold - went down to 5C or lower, but unlike Brazil, though the thousands there were obviously loving it, no-one danced... (except maybe me a bit).

Walked the priest's dogs down to the jetty, then spent ages on our balcony watching the storks, trying to get a shot of the babies - but what I got instead were lots of cats roaming the roofs.

Mike has made curry and naan breads, which we're going to go down and share with our landlord in a bit...
