Team Fruit Bowl...

The team fruit bowl highlighted an over egging management technique today. One that my neighbour has spotted before.

A more veteran manager was collecting his work from the cabinet under the bowl. We were discussing the fruit and responsibilities therein. In the course of the conversation newer manager proposed the question of "Who puts the bowl away at night?". A question that only seemed to emerge with the presence of veteran manager.
