It's Raining Barrels

We don't want it to be raining oil drums (unless they are empty) as that might provoke a fall in the price. We rely on a high oil price to keep Aberdeen afloat. As so much of what we pay for petrol is tax, the price of the crude is anyway a less significant proportion of the cost at the pump.

I was out and about early today as the car was going in for a service and MOT. It will have been an expensive day.

This is another of the Nuart paintings. This one is near the Bon Accord shopping centre. It is difficult to get a decent view of it as there are usually cars in the way.
