Behind bars

I still feel a little prisoner because of the problems with my broken ankle. I know I am exaggerating a bit because now I can walk with no plaster, no orthopaedic boot and no crutches, which I could not do just two weeks ago.

In fact, today I went as far as the park. The problem is that this walk usually takes me five minutes but it took me twenty-five today!

I have chosen this pic too to participate in this month ‘challenge’ of the BlipCommunity . The topic this month is  What's outside your window?

Bars in the windows are common in Spain. They are supposed to protect our homes from intruders, but I sometimes feel they make our houses look like prisons.
