Another one of those days...

A long, tiring and trying day... An early morning call to our phone provider confirmed that yesterday's call was indeed a scam. Thankfully it turned out that the modem wasn't effected so it was safe to use the iPad to try and salvage something from the mess. Countless passwords were changed, and a very long online tech support chat was had. So the best I can do today is to share with you my TWO HOUR chat with Ma. Carla F of Microsoft!!
