One flew over the Coots' nest

My more than 60 mile round trip to hospital for a 3 yearly bone density scan was well rewarded by being told that I have lost a whole inch in height, I'm now 6' tall instead of 6.1" tall;  the sight of the Coots' nest on the Whittington Castle moat and best of all, tea and biscuits and a lovely catch up with fellow Blipper NatureWatcher.

Another sunny day but still that nippy wind hanging around.
