recipe courtesy of Waitrose and made for supper tonight.  Made a change to watching Masterchef with a 'ready meal' however I wouldn't have got any points for presentation. Couldn't take it out of the tin without it falling apart and forgot to cut off the excess pastry from the edge. All the more pastry for us!
