Wallflowers and bluebells against the back wall
Mr hazelh suggested this morning that I blip the wallflowers that grow against our back wall, so here they are.
I was up early (as usual) to continue my battles with the research management system (some more), then after Mr hazelh emerged we ate breakfast together, I did my morning exercises, and then I helped Mr hazelh with his Monday morning supermarket shop. Back home again Mr hazelh did his exercises, I caught up with some online housekeeping, we had lunch, and then we set off for a 3-hour round trip to South Queensferry on the tandem.
I'm suffering a bit because I haven't had a good night's sleep for almost two weeks now (due to my insomnia). I think it will be an early bedtime for me this evening and (I hope) a proper rest.
Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, 24.2 mile tandem ride.
