Abstract Thursday 98 - Painterly

This is two shots blended in LunaPic.  One is a Purple Allium and the other is a ground cover plant with yellow leaves. The fount of all garden wisdom (T) says he has no idea what it is, it has been in the garden for so long.  So he is no use then :-))  I have put the two shots as extras.
I was going to give it a water colour filter, but decided not to, as I think it looks like an Impressionist painting as it is.
