The Boys are back in Town!

It's Brighton Fringe at the moment and that means The Lady Boys are back in town. My friend Vanessa has never seen them, so we got tickets for tonight, and she stayed over at ours so she could enjoy the evening without having to worry about driving home.

She arrived at 3pm and it was lovely and sunny, so we sat in the garden and had a couple of glasses of Prosecco, and then headed into town in the bus.

As part of the the Fringe Festival, there's a pop up bar and theatres 'The Speigeltent' in the Old Steine Gardens, so we went there for a drink and then went to pick up our tickets and had a Thai curry before the show.

We had a table right next to the stage, so our view was great, and we shared the table with three gay guys who were great fun. One of them had just flown in from San Francisco to visit his friend, and it was the first time he'd been to Brighton, he was having a great time!

The show was as good as always and, yes all the ladies are boys, including this stunning 'lady' in the silver dress.

After the show, our table companions invited us to go for a drink with them - to a gay bar of course, and I had to chuckle as one of them asked if Vanessa and I were a couple - I assured him we were just friends lol!

It was a fab night!
