Trains, Tubes & Televisions

Today I worked at Fawlty Towers. It was fairly dull & rather uneventful.

Next.

Monkey & I took to the trains bound for Tiverton Parkway in Devon to rendezvous with Jenny, who has been absent from our lives these past 3 weeks. Our first journey took us from Uckfield to London Bridge & Monkey was in his element. He's loves a bit of traveling & there was the beautiful Sussex countryside whistling by to keep him entertained.

We then went to Paddington Station via the Jubilee & Bakerloo lines. The station was looking spectacular as always & still clad in the colourful Olympic bunting.

The last leg of the journey was a fast train Tiverton bound. And in much the same way I'd started & indeed spent my day, would you believe that I watched Fawlty Towers on the TV sets on the train. The Psychiatrists episode. It was fate.

'So you're 3 doctors!?' Hilarious.

And it was such a delight to see Jenny again. We ran to each other along the station platform in true love story style. It must have looked quite pukesome, but we didn't care!

And yes Basil, Monkey, Jenny & I are 3 doctors again.
