Miami murals

Today we saw a neighborhood of Miami I also meant to visit, Wynwood. It used to be a grungy warehouse district that has now turned into an arts district. It's famous for its colorful murals -- some are commissioned art, others are more in the graffiti realm.

High visual energy and loads of people milling about, a nice cornucopia of blip opportunities. I probably could've spent the day there but the heat was rather oppressive, so we retreated to the safety of air conditioning and good conversation among friends :)

The extra is of a nice group of friends, from Canada, it turns out, who kindly agreed to ham it up for me :)
