Icicles

We don't seem to see icicles much in the UK now, or I don't anyway. When we were kids we'd break them off next door's coalhouse (classy, I know) and suck them. That was in the days before Ice Pops.

Sadly these ones, on the side of a wool shop in Stowe, were a little high up to recreate my 70s moment.

Conor has decided, after 18 months of being delighted with any form of childcare we put him in, to refuse to leave my side. Hence my afternoon wandering around Stowe village, rather than blasting down the slopes.

We hoped it was just an off day. It wasn't.
